Elope in Asheville… Even if it Rains
When I started scouting out locations for couples to elope in Asheville, I knew they had to be jaw-dropping ly beautiful, they needed to be representative of the Blue Ridge/Appalachian atmosphere, and they needed to have a backup in case of rain. In the four years I’ve been in operation, I’ve only needed the rain backup once before Kylie and Justin’s wedding.
Kylie and Justin didn’t let a little liquid sunshine bother them when they came to elope in Asheville.
Luckily, their spirits were so sky-high for their wedding day that they didn’t even care that it was raining. “It’s good luck to rain on your wedding day,” Kylie kept reminding everyone.
And even though we did the actual ceremony under our rain backup, we had a wide selection of cute umbrellas to go around and get some great shots. Kylie and Justin didn’t even want them! “Let’s get wet!”
